- Ability to evaluate and interpret client requirements, and to develop / deliver Cognos Reports appropriately
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills should be complemented with a solid business and technical background

- Deep hands-on experience (Report Studio, Query Studio, Framework Manager, Cognos Connection, Event Studio, Metric Studio, Analysis Studio) with the 8.4 Cognos reporting tool suite
- Good background in RDBMS, especially Oracle 10g, including work with SQL, stored procedures, triggers, logical and physical database design.
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Business Suite is a huge plus.
EDUCATION:
Four year degree or equivalent in a related discipline (e.g., information technology, computer science, business, engineering).
